An empty leg happens when a private jet has to fly to its next job without passengers, for example back to its home base after a charter. That route is flying anyway, regardless of whether anyone books it.
For the operator, any revenue beats an empty cabin. That is why an empty leg costs a fraction of the usual charter price, with the same service on board.
Empty legs depend on the original charter that creates them. If that charter changes, the empty leg can shift or fall away. We will tell you immediately and help you find an alternative.
The price you see is for the whole aircraft, not a single seat. You decide how many people fly with you, up to the aircraft’s capacity.
