2. What data we process
No analytics or advertising services (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) are currently embedded. You will only see a cookie notice on this website, through which you could give consent in the future should such services be added. Beyond that, we process the data you actively provide to us via one of our forms:
- Charter request ("Request a Quote" form): name, email address, phone number, departure and destination, preferred date, number of passengers, aircraft preference, and your message.
- Empty-leg booking request ("Book Now"): name, email address, phone number, number of passengers, your message, and the flight you selected.
3. How this data is stored
Data you enter via our forms is processed through our backend provider Supabase (Supabase Inc.) and stored there in a database. It is not merely stored locally in your browser; it is transmitted to this provider so we can process your request. Access to this data is restricted to us as the site operator.
Should Supabase process data outside the EU/EEA, this is done on the basis of appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses). Details can be found in Supabase's own privacy notices.
4. Purpose and legal basis
Processing serves to handle your charter or booking request and thus the initiation or performance of a contract (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR).
5. Storage period
We store your request data for as long as necessary to process your request, and thereafter to the extent required by statutory retention obligations (e.g. under commercial or tax law, where an invoice results). The data is then deleted.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to the processing of your personal data. Please contact us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
7. Cookies & consent
On your first visit, we show a cookie notice with the options "Only necessary" and "Accept all". Technically necessary storage (e.g. your cookie choice itself) always takes place. Analytics or marketing cookies are not currently active; should we add such services in future, this will only happen after your consent via this notice (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR, Sec. 25 (1) TTDSG). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future by clearing this site's local browser storage.
8. Third parties when visiting this site
This website loads fonts via Google Fonts and images via Pexels and Wikimedia Commons, which establishes a connection to these providers when the page is loaded and may technically transmit your IP address. Form data is transmitted to Supabase as described in section 3. If you use the WhatsApp contact link on this page, a connection to WhatsApp (Meta) is established.
